App Privacy Policy

Welcome, this is the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) for mobile apps by exmox GmbH (the “Apps”), proudly provided by exmox GmbH (“exmox GmbH” and also referred to as “our”, “us” and “we”).

Your access to the Apps is only offered for your individual, non-commercial use. Overall, this Policy is a legally binding agreement between exmox GmbH and you. exmox GmbH does not knowingly collect any kind of information from persons under the age of thirteen (13).

Information Provided on Privacy Policy

When you use our App or otherwise register with us, you will need to provide certain personally identifiable information to us, including but not limited to: name, last name, phone number, IP address, email, mobile device ID, mobile device type and browser type, along with common identification data from your mobile device, such as access_corse_updates, access_fine_location, access_corse_location, write_external_storage, read_phone_state, and network_state. In addition, we may require that you authorize our App in order to get sensitive permission for access to your mobile device’s functionalities (e.g. camera, mic, images, contacts, third party accounts, phone number).

Our Apps may also offer the functionality of using your social media credentials (e.g. Facebook) to use single-sign-off into our App, and we will also collect the personally identifiable information provided by such social media platforms, which is governed by their terms and policies, not ours.

Purpose and Use of Information

We will store and use your information for the purposes of operating our App/s, providing our services, improving your user experience, send newsletters, offer promotions and contact you about inquiries about our services.

We use industry-standard protocols and technology to protect your registered user information, however, we must remind you that the Internet and e-mail transmissions are not secure or error-free communication means.

You can always enter your mobile’s settings and deny permissions for our App, though doing so may impair your ability to enjoy our services.

Information Release and Disclosure

We reserve our right to disclose your information to protect our interests or those of our affiliates, licensors, officers, agents and/or representatives or if we deem you to be in breach of our Policy or the terms and conditions of third parties such as app stores.

From time to time, we may temporarily disclose your information to our authorized third-party service providers, only after your express consent, and in order for them to perform certain services on our behalfs, such as customer support service, community management, web analytics, surveys, contests, promotions and other features offered via our App.

Commercial Electronic Messages

You consent to receive Commercial Electronic Messages (‘CEM’). from us or our affiliates or any third parties we will employ to deliver our electronic communications to you. A CEM is a message in an electronic format (e.g. emails, SMS, social media messages, push notifications and other form of communications) which is then sent to an electronic address (e.g. email, instant message accounts, smartphone, social media profile) and that contains a message asking recipients to participate in commercial activities (e.g. purchase of products and services). Our platform may deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device, which can, of course, be disabled the settings of your mobile device.

Our optional email newsletters are also considered CEMs, and you may subscribe or unsubscribe from them at will, usually on your account settings, or by following the unsubscribe links contained therein.

Privacy Rights

In order to enforce your privacy rights, please contact us by email to app@2z6gk.hosts.cx. Upon receipt of your request, and after due review, we may then edit, deactivate and/or delete your PII from our App.

Cookies, Mobile Device ID

Since you will access our App via a mobile device, we will use your mobile device ID (i.e. the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer) and/or Advertising ID (for Apple iOS 6 and later) instead of cookies in order to recognize you, track the number of ads displayed, measure ad performance and display ads that are more relevant to you. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted, but you can select to reset your Advertising IDs in the “Settings” section of your mobile device.

Amendments, Updates

We reserve the right to amend, change, and/or update our App, our services, and this Policy, from time to time and at our sole and final discretion. We will post any updates on our App, and may also send you an email or otherwise notify you of any material changes to this Policy.
